Farnova Group Holdings Limited Appoints Li Jianxing as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Each of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee

The board of directors of Farnova Group Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Li Jianxing has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, a member of each of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee with effect from 5 March 2021.
