Seagull Cooling Technologies (Asia Pacific) Sdn. Bhd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds for CNY 48.529 million on December 16, 2019. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Jiangsu Seagull Cooling Tower Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:603269) to retain its 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved at the twenty-seventh meeting of the seventh directorate of the investor.
Jiangsu Seagull Cooling Tower Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture and installation of industrial cooling towers. The Company's main products include conventional cooling towers, open noise reduction towers, closed towers, open fog dispersal towers and others. The Company's products are used in petrochemical, metallurgical and power industries. The Company also provides industrial cooling towers related engineering and technical services. The Company distributes its products in the domestic market and to overseas markets
