Beijing Zhengde Culture Communication Co., Ltd. signed the share transfer agreement to acquire remaining 71.93% stake in Beijing Leyitong Technology Co., Ltd. from Beijing Tianli Mobile Service Integration, Inc. (SZSE:300399) for CNY 13.8 million on February 10, 2020. Beijing Zhengde Culture Communication Co., Ltd. shall pay the first share transfer price of CNY 6.89 million within seven days from the effective date of this Agreement and shall pay the remaining equity transfer price of CNY 6.89 million within ten days from the completion date of the equity transfer. On February 10, 2020, the 16th session of Beijing Tianli Mobile Service Integration, Inc.’s 3rd Directorate approved the proposal on the transfer of 71.93% stake.
Beijing Zhengde Culture Communication Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of remaining 71.93% stake in Beijing Leyitong Technology Co., Ltd. from Beijing Tianli Mobile Service Integration, Inc. (SZSE:300399) on February 10, 2021.
