Juewei Food Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the half year ended June 30, 2021. For the half year, the company announced sales was CNY 3,143.733 million compared to CNY 2,413.316 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 662.039 million compared to CNY 392.038 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 501.906 million compared to CNY 274.400 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.82 compared to CNY 0.45 a year ago.
Juewei Food Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sales of marinating snack foods. The Company operates through three main segments. The Marinating Snack Foods segment is mainly engaged in the production and sales of marinating foods. The products can be divided into two categories, including marinating meat snack foods which are made from raw materials, such as duck meat, chicken and pork, as well as marinating vegan snack foods which are made from green soy beans, carrots and peanuts. The Franchisee Management segment is mainly engaged in the enterprise management and the provision of consulting services. The Others segment is primarily engaged in the container cleaning and provision of product packages, among others.
