Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC announced that it has appointed Simon Baker to serve as an independent non-executive director of the company with effect from 1 July 2015. Baker has served as both managing director and, subsequently, as chairman of Tideford Organic Foods. He also acts as a trustee of various charity, sporting and educational trusts.
He is the former chairman of Torquay United Football Club.
