iSTOX Pte Ltd announced that it will receive series A round of funding led by new investor Phatra Capital Public Company Limited on September 24, 2019. The transaction will include participation from other investors. As part of the transaction, Aphinant Klewpatinond of Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group will join the board of directors of the company.
On the same date, the company received funding in first tranche.
