Serendip Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that it has received ¥1,200,000,000 in an equity round of funding on May 24, 2018. The transaction included participation from The Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank, Ltd. (TSE:8361), The Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank, Ltd. (TSE:8361), The Juroku Bank, Ltd. (TSE:8356), Nagoya University, Endowment Arm, and other investors. The company raised funds through the third-party allotment.
The Juroku Bank,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the banking and other financial services such as leasing. The Company operates through two business segments.
