K-TOP Reits Co.,Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was KRW 2,849.54 million compared to KRW 2,807.73 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 679.2 million compared to KRW 845.93 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 15 compared to KRW 18 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 15 compared to KRW 18 a year ago. K-TOP Reits Co., Ltd. (the Trust) is a Korea-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust is engaged in the acquisition, development and management of real estate properties. Its business activities include nonperforming loans investment, appreciation of existing property, foreign real estate investment and real estate development business investment. The Trust operates two commercial facilities located in Busan and Incheon, respectively. The custodian company is Kookmin Bank. On December 9, 2013, it acquired buildings located in Madu-dong. On March 19, 2014, it acquired building located in Yeongdeungpo-gu. On August 28, 2014, the Company acquired a building located in Seoul City.
