K-TOP Reits Co.,Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was KRW 2,792.65 million compared to KRW 3,005.06 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 950.91 million compared to KRW 1,471.47 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 20 compared to KRW 32 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 20. Basic earnings per share was KRW 20 compared to KRW 32 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was KRW 8,367.49 million compared to KRW 8,630.85 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 2,607.65 million compared to KRW 3,487.1 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 55 compared to KRW 76 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 55. Basic earnings per share was KRW 55 compared to KRW 76 a year ago.
K-TOP Reits Co., Ltd. (the Trust) is a Korea-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust is engaged in the acquisition, development and management of real estate properties. Its business activities include nonperforming loans investment, appreciation of existing property, foreign real estate investment and real estate development business investment. The Trust operates two commercial facilities located in Busan and Incheon, respectively. The custodian company is Kookmin Bank. On December 9, 2013, it acquired buildings located in Madu-dong. On March 19, 2014, it acquired building located in Yeongdeungpo-gu. On August 28, 2014, the Company acquired a building located in Seoul City.
