Key Ware Electronics Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 287.66 million compared to TWD 390.37 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 23.83 million compared to TWD 9.03 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.13 compared to TWD 0.05 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.13 compared to TWD 0.05 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 780.32 million compared to TWD 1,124.62 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 125.97 million compared to net loss of TWD 61.78 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.66 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.32 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.63 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.32 a year ago.
KEY WARE ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of drill bits. The Companyâs primary products include drill bits ranging from 0.075 millimeter to 6.5 millimeters. These products are mainly used in the manufacture of printed circuit boards (PCBs), such as flexible circuit boards, hard single-sided circuit boards, hard double-sided boards, aluminum substrates and integrated circuit boards. The Company is also engaged in the provision of value-added services related to the manufacturing of drill bits. The Company mainly operates through two business segments: drill bits business segment and trading business segment. The Company mainly distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets, including the Americas, Europe and other Asian markets.
