Keystone Law Group Plc announced the appointment of Salar Farzad as an Independent Non-Executive Director, sitting on the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees, with immediate effect. Farzad is currently a Non-Executive Council Member and sits on the Nominations and Remunerations committees of Trinity College London. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive commercial experience, having served as CFO for a range of organizations including AIM quoted and private companies as well as divisions of large Main Market businesses.

Having been a member of the Board since October 2014, following the investment in Keystone by Root Capital (later rebranded ScaleUp Capital), Simon Philips has notified the Board of his intention to step down as a Non-executive Director. He has agreed with the Board that this should take place following the announcement of the Group's 2023 results and that he will continue in his role as Chair of the Audit committee until that time. Following Simon's departure, Salar will Chair the Audit committee.
