Grupo Minero Las Cenizas S.A. signed an agreement to acquire Sociedad Contractual Minera Franke from KGHM Polska Miedz S.A. (WSE:KGH) for $ 50 million on April 26, 2022. Juan José Eyzaguirre of Philippi, Prietocarrizosa & Uría acted as legal adivor to Grupo Minero Las Cenizas. Antonio Ortúzar, Mirco Hilgers, and Alberto Maturana of Baker McKenzie acted legal advisor to Sociedad Contractual Minera Franke and KGHM Polska Miedz. Gide Warsaw advised KGHM Polska Miedz.

Grupo Minero Las Cenizas S.A. completed the acquisition of Sociedad Contractual Minera Franke from KGHM Polska Miedz S.A. (WSE:KGH) on April 26, 2022.
