KGinicis Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A035600) agreed to acquire Dongbu Parcel Services Co. Ltd. from Dongbu Corporation (KOSE:A005960) for KRW 4.5 billion on December 22, 2014. KGinicis will acquire 1.1 million shares as part of the transaction. The transaction also includes 0.1 million new shares being issued in the transaction. The expected transaction settlement date is on January 2, 2015.
