Oslo, 14 May 2024: Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA ("KCC" or the "Company")
has mandated Danske Bank, Nordea, Pareto Securities and SEB to arrange a fixed
income investor call today. Subject to inter alia market conditions, a
sustainability-linked tap issue under the Company's existing senior unsecured
bond with maturity date 5 September 2028 and ISIN NO0013008656 may follow. The
proceeds from the potential tap issue will be used for general corporate
purposess, which may also include refinancing of debt.
