Certain Common Shares of KNC Laboratories Co., Ltd. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 10-SEP-2018. These Common Shares will be under lockup for 180 days starting from 14-MAR-2018 to 10-SEP-2018.

In relation to the offering and the sale by underwriter purchase, seller and share lender Katsutoshi Hirose, sellers Hitoshi Miyachi, Sadayoshi Iwamoto, Masayuki Hiroshi, but Yoshida, Masahiro Yoshida, Yuzuki Inui, Kochi Tanaka, Yoshihiro Takaki, company’s shareholders KNC Kosan Co., Ltd., Noriyoshi Matsunaga, Junsei Chemical Co., Ltd., Kosuke Nakano and Akiko Nakano have agreed not to dispose of securities for a period of 180 days starting on the underwriting contract signing date and ending on September 10, 2018.
