Koei Tecmo Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:3635) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 9,900,100 shares, representing 5.95% of its issued share capital for ¥48,000 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price per share lower of the closing price of the company's common stock on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on December 7, 2021 and the closing price of the Company's common stock on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on December 2, 2021, discounted by 10%. The program is valid till January 6, 2022. As of November 30, 2021, the company had 166,382,777 shares (excluding treasury stock) issued and 1,665,685 shares in treasury.
On December 7, 2021, the company announced that the shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥4,271 per share.
