On May 12, 2022, Kohl's Corporation (the "Company") announced that Greg Revelle, the Company's Chief Marketing Officer, will be departing the Company effective June 1, 2022. On May 18, 2022, the Company also announced that Doug Howe, the Company's Chief Merchandising Officer, is departing the Company effective immediately.
