Dunav banka a.d. (BELEX:KMBZ) announced a private placement of shares for gross proceeds of RSD 954,682,000 (€8,000,000) on December 1, 2014. The round will include participation from new investor, Telekom Srbija a.d., which will have a pre emptive right. The investor will hold 80% stake in the company pursuant to the transaction.
The transaction is subject to shareholder's approval. The currency conversion was done through www.oanda.com as of December 1, 2014.
