BnD Networks, Inc. agreed to acquire 27.32% stake in KPS Corporation (KOSDAQ:A256940) from Jun-Ho Song, Youngnam Choi, DCP Co., Ltd., Jae Geun Song and Sung-Keun Song for KRW 21 billion on September 11, 2019. An down payment of KRW 2.1 billion was made on September 11, 2019, an additional payment of KRW 4 billion will be made on November 12, 2019 and the balance payment of KRW 14.9 billion will be made on December 27, 2019 to acquire 1.17 million shares at KRW 18000 per share. Under the terms of the transaction, An Bong-rak will acquire 0.75 million shares (17.53% stake) from Jun-Ho Song, 0.28 million shares (6.59% stake) from Youngnam Choi, 0.076 million shares (1.80% stake) from DCP Co., Ltd., 0.030 million shares (0.70% stake) from Jae Geun Song and 0.03 million shares (0.70% stake) from Sung-Keun Song. Post completion of the transaction, Bong Rak An will hold 27.32% stake in KPS Corporation. The transaction is expected to close on October 31, 2019.
