KTech Construction Public Company Limited announced that, Gen Somchai Hironyasthiti has resigned from the position as a chairman of board of director, independent director, chairman of audit committee and chairman of National and remuneration committee, due to health problems, he resignation is effective from September 3, 2019 onwards.
