Kwan's International Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 71.673 million compared to TWD 138.364 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 2.061 million compared to operating Income of TWD 14.546 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 1.350 million compared to net loss of TWD 7.444 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.01 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 0.09 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 188.651 million compared to TWD 367.521 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 7.209 million compared to TWD 22.062 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 14.052 million compared to TWD 943,000 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.13 compared to TWD 0.01 a year ago.
Kwan's International Co Ltd is principally engaged in the production, distribution and investment of film and television programs in the cultural and creative industries. The Company's business mainly includes commercial performances such as commercial shows in Macau's famous casinos and hotels, ticketed performances such as ticketed concerts and large scale performances, advertising endorsements of artists in print and media formats, film and television productions or brokerage of major artists. The Company provides services mainly in the domestic market and overseas markets.
