Kyushu Leasing Service Co., Ltd. (FKSE:8596) announced a private placement of 1,200,000 treasury common shares at ¥282 per share to new investor, Trust & Custody Services Bank, Ltd., Investment Arm for gross proceeds of ¥338,400,000 on August 8, 2014. The placement date was expected on September 1, 2014. As part of the transaction, the investor acquired 4.26% stake in the company. The transaction is by way of disposal of treasury shares by third party allocation. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company.
On August 8, 2014, Kyushu Leasing Service Co., Ltd. closed the transaction.
