Christopher Barbarino to Vice President - Portfolio Manager. Barbarino joined Lakeland in 2017 as Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager for the Waldwick Commercial Lending Team. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and finance from Ramapo College and a Real Estate Finance and Investments certification from New York University, School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Barbarino volunteers at Pet ResQ, Inc. and resides in Westwood, N.J.

Ronald C. Novak to Vice President - Relationship Manager. Novak joined the Bank in 2013 as a Junior Credit Analyst in the Credit Administration department where he was promoted to Credit Analyst in 2014 and to Senior Credit Analyst in 2015. He transitioned to the Waldwick Commercial Lending Team and was promoted to Assistant Treasurer, Portfolio Manager in 2016, to Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager in 2018 and to Assistant Vice President, Relationship Manager in 2019. Novak earned a bachelor's degree from East Stroudsburg University with dual concentrations in accounting and finance. He is a graduate of the 2020 Lakeland Bank LEAD class, serves on the Young Professional Committee for the Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce and volunteers for New Life Tabernacle Church. Novak resides in Mahwah, N.J.

Bryan Wyszkowski to Vice President - Facilities Business Services Manager. Wyszkowski joined the Bank in 2020 as Assistant Vice President, Facilities Business Services Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Wyszkowski earned a Professional in Project Management certification and is a certified Construction Document Technologist. He is a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks and resides in Rockaway, N.J.

Lester Lucas to Assistant Treasurer - Senior Facilities Administrative Service Coordinator. Lucas joined Lakeland in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant for the Facilities department. He holds an associate degree from County College of Morris and is working towards a certificate in Project Management through the Center for Financial Training. Lucas coaches a recreational volleyball program and serves as Treasurer on the board. He is a member of the Men's Leadership Team at Grace Church on the Mount and resides in Budd Lake, N.J.

Mariana Nobre to Assistant Treasurer - Commercial Senior Administrator. Nobre joined the Bank in 2001 as an Administrative Assistant for the Consumer Loans department. In 2005, she transferred to a Customer Service Representative and in 2006, she transitioned to an Administrative Assistant for Commercial Lending. Nobre is an active member and volunteer at St. Francis de Sales Church as Chairperson of the Finance Counsel, Member of the Pastoral Counsel and Fundraiser Committee, a Parish Trustee and a Eucharistic Minister. She resides in Lodi, N.J.

Carly Prendergast to Assistant Treasurer - Content Marketing Specialist. Prendergast joined Lakeland in 2018 as a Marketing Coordinator and was promoted to Content Marketing Specialist in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in professional writing from Western Connecticut State University and a Master of Arts degree in integrated marketing communication from Marist College. Prendergast is certified in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop as well as the social media and marketing platforms, Hootsuite and Hubspot. She is a member of the Vernon Coalition, a program of the Center for Prevention & Counseling and resides in Vernon, N.J.

Amy Spoer to Assistant Treasurer - Retail Support Specialist II. Spoer joined Lakeland in 2017 as a Call Center Financial Services Provider and transferred to Regional Administrative Assistant for the Northern Region in 2018. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in management at Montclair State University. Spoer resides in Vernon, N.J.

Bette van der Toorn to Assistant Treasurer - Retail Support Specialist II. Van der Toorn joined the Bank in 1987 as a Bookkeeper in the Deposit Operations department. In 2004, she transferred to Regional Administrative Assistant for the Southern Region. Van der Toorn attended the American Institute of Banking and resides in West Milford, N.J.
