Lam Research Corp. expects revenue in its fiscal third quarter to reach about $4.25 billion, saying supply-chain conditions had worsened in late December and hit the company's performance.
The company said that for the quarter that ends March 27 it expects $7.36 a share in profit, plus or minus 75 cents, or $7.45, also plus or minus 75 cents, on an adjusted basis, and $3.95 billion to $4.55 billion in revenue. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $8.66 a share, or $8.72 a share on an adjusted basis, and $4.49 billion in revenue.
