Notice Concerning "Agreement on the Use of Facilities in the Case of Disasters"

with Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture

LaSalle LOGIPORT REIT ("LLR") announces that it has concluded an "Agreement on the Use of Facilities in the Case of Disasters" (the "Agreement") with Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture (Mayor: Kazumi Ota) with regard to one of its properties, LOGIPORT Kitakashiwa, as outlined below.

1. Overview of the Agreement

This agreement stipulates that LLR will provide a part of LOGIPORT Kitakashiwa to Kashiwa City as an evacuation center when deemed necessary in the case that a disaster occurs or is likely to occur in Kashiwa City.

LOGIPORT Kitakashiwa is a large-scale and high specification logistics facility with a gross floor area of over 100,000 m2. In addition to being a robust building, the facility is equipped with emergencies such as an emergency power generator, as well as a stockpile of emergency supplies. Also, in case of emergency, people can quickly evacuate into the facility via a vehicle ramp. Taking advantage of these facility characteristics, LLR supports the safety and security of local people by cooperating with local governments on disaster countermeasures.
