Please be advised that the Board of Directors of LASCO Financial Services Limited at its meeting held on Wednesday November 16, 2022 resolved than an interim dividend of $0.05 per share will be paid to all shareholders of the Company on record at the close of business on Decembers 1, 2022. Payment date of the interim dividend will be on December 21, 2022

The principal activities of the Company include the sale and purchase of foreign currencies through its Cambio. The Company is a licensed Cambio dealer regulated by the Bank of Jamaica. It is engaged in the provision of remittance services facilitating person to person transfers. Its products and services include remittance, payment solution: VISA prepaid card, Cambio, loan and ecommerce. The Company's remittance services include MoneyGram, BOSS and Revolution Ria. Its payment solution: VISA prepaid card services include shop online or in-store, transfer fund (card to card), load funds, receive remittance (Visa Direct), and corporate: business to customers (B2C), business to business (B2B) - providing businesses and institutions with solutions to pay employees and customers. The Company's Cambio services include corporate trading, retail trading, cash reservation and cash collection.
