L.D.C. S.A. (ENXTPA:LOUP) agreed to acquire 70% stake in Tranzit-Ker Kereskedelmi Zartkoruen Mukodo Reszvenytarsasag from a family on May 30, 2018. Tranzit’s family owners will retain the remaining 30% stake. Tranzit had sales of €108 million and EBITDA of €20 million in 2017. The acquisition is subject to regulatory clearance and approval by German competition authorities.
