Lifetime Brands, Inc. Nominates Michael J. Regan to its Board of Directors

Lifetime Brands, Inc. announced that Michael J. Regan has been nominated for election to the company's Board of Directors. The election of Directors will take place at Lifetime's annual meeting, scheduled for June 13, 2012. Mr. Regan is a former Vice Chairman and Chief Administrative Officer of KPMG LLP and was the lead audit partner for many Fortune 500 companies during his 40-year tenure with KPMG. He also served as KPMG's SEC Reviewing Partner for 13 years. Mr. Regan currently is a Director of DynaVox Inc. and of Scientific Games Corporation. Mr. Regan joined KPMG in 1962 and was elected to the partnership in 1975.
