CCM (China) Holdings (Beijing) Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire 4.3% stake from Zhang Zheng in Ligeance Aerospace Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000697) for approximately CNY 310 million on December 29, 2020. Under the terms, CCM (China) Holdings (Beijing) Cultural Tourism Development acquire 28.8 million shares for CNY 10.61 per share.
