On August 9, 2021, Vincent S. Miceli notified the company of his decision to resign from the Nxt-ID, Inc.’s board of directors and as Chairman of the Board, effective immediately.
LogicMark, Inc. provides personal emergency response systems (PERS), health communications devices, and Internet of Things (IoT) technology that creates a connected care platform. The Companyâs devices provide people with the ability to receive care at home and age independently.
