Lohakit Metal Public Company Limited Approves Dividend for the Year Ended March 31, 2021, Payable on 10 August, 2021

Lohakit Metal Public Company Limited approved, at its Board meeting held on May 27, 2021 the dividend payment from the operating results for the year end, March 31, 2021 at the rate of THB 0.30 per share, totaling THB 114,900,000.00 deducted the interim dividend paid to the shareholders on 9 December, 2020, at THB 0.12 per share totaling THB 45,960,000.00; therefore, there will be additional dividend remaining for the shareholders at THB 0.18 per share totaling THB 68,940,000.00 (Sixty Eight Million Nine Hundred Forty Thousand). The Company shall fix the record date to prepare list of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend is on 11 June, 2021 and pay this dividend to the shareholders on 10 August, 2021.
Lohakit Metal Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company. The Company is principally engaged in the processing, distribution and shearing of stainless steel, steel, and metal products. It is a service provider managing the supply chain, including the delivery, and processing of metal and non-ferrous materials (stainless steel, coated steel, aluminum, copper, and brass). The Companyâs product type includes cold rolled stainless steel coil, hot rolled stainless steel coil, decorative stainless steel pipe, square stainless steel pipe, automobile industry pipe, galvanized steel sheet roll, and galvanized sheet roll. The Company also supplies stainless steel pipes under the brand name D-Stainless. Its subsidiaries include Auto Metal Company Limited, which is engaged in the production and distribution of stainless steel pipes for the automotive industry; and Alternative EnMat Company Limited, which is engaged in the distribution of metal and non-ferrous metal products.
