LS Group's industrial machinery and advanced parts manufacturer LS Mtron (CEO Jae-ho Shin) announced on October 16 that the company will launch the 'Visiting Combine Harvester National Tour Service 2023' for the fall harvest season.
This national tour service will visit farms to improve customer convenience ahead of the rice harvest season, and services such as basic operation inspections and the replacement of consumables such as oil will be provided for customers who have purchased combine harvesters within the past three years.
The national tour service will continue until October 25, and the tour includes 19 regions nationwide including four locations in Gyeonggi Province (Yeoncheon, Paju, Gimpo, Yongin), four locations in Chungnam Province (Seosan, Hongseong, Seocheon, Nonsan), two locations in Jeonbuk Province (Buan, Imsil), four locations in Gyeongbuk Province (Sangju, Euiseong, Seonsan, Gyeongju), three locations in Gyeongnam Province (Sacheon, Hapcheon, Sancheong), and two locations in Jeonnam Province (Muan, Hampyeong).
The six-row combine harvester V6120A sold by LS Mtron has been highly praised for its output, speed, and efficiency, as well as the design that prioritizes worker convenience by featuring an eco-friendly engine and improved noise reduction.
The 120HP eco-friendly engine of the combine harvester is designed to operate autonomously at the optimal engine speed (RPM) for the work or land environment to improve fuel efficiency, and it can achieve low fuel costs and low noise levels even when operating at a high output. Also, to combat the amount of dry grass produced during the cutting process (cutting crops/grass) in the work environment, the combine harvester features reverse fans to quickly and easily remove any foreign matter that enters the radiator during the work process. It also minimizes heat generation when used for long hours.
Notably, the cutting speed (2.0m/s) is the highest for the same tier of machinery, allowing the harvester to work quickly in a wide area to guarantee high work efficiency. The cutter features a left-right leveling function by default, but it also includes a function to maintain balance before and after use, which allows the harvester to harvest crops at a certain height even when working on a slope.
In addition, this is the only harvester to feature a touchscreen in Korea.The touchscreen displays work information, vehicle diagnostics information, and control features to reduce worker fatigue, and it also has indicator lamps for warning messages for approximately 40 different scenarios to assist the worker in taking quick countermeasures. The sliding door allows the worker to board the combine harvester with ease, even in a narrow space, and the manual thresher device prevents any heat damage when cropsare threshed manually. The harvester also comes with a remote control that can move the vent to the desired location, and a power threshing cylinder that can be opened and closed with a single button for maintenance and inspection, which all improve worker convenience.
