LTC Properties Inc. announced that it had declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.19 per common share per month for the first quarter of 2024. For the months of January, February and March 2024, payable on January 31, 2024, February 29, 2024 and March 29, 2024 respectively, to stockholders of record on January 23, 2024, February 21, 2024 and March 21, 2024 respectively.
