LTC Properties, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 31.59 million compared to USD 31.59 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 49.3 million compared to USD 43.5 million a year ago.
