Publication pursuant to section 26 (1) WpHG of a notification of voting rights pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG
BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, London, U.K., has notified us in the name and on behalf of below mentioned companies pursuant to Section 21 (1) WpHG on 16 September 2014 the following:
The voting rights of BR Jersey International Holdings L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, in Deutsche Lufthansa AG fell below the threshold of 3% on 12 September 2014 and amounted to 2.98% (13,737,543 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 2.98% (13,737,543 voting rights) are to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
The voting rights of BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., in Deutsche Lufthansa AG fell below the threshold of 3% on 12 September 2014 and amounted to 2.98% (13,737,543 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 2.98% (13,737,543 voting rights) are to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
