--Offers could value Aesop, part of Brazil's Natura & Co. Holding SA, at some $2 billion, Bloomberg reports.

--Talks are continuing and there is no certainty they will result in an offer, according to Bloomberg.

--Neither LVMH--which owns beauty-retail business Sephora--nor L'Oreal immediately responded to requests for comment from Dow Jones Newswires.
