Athens, October 7th 2011 – Further to Company’s previous announcements for the financial restructuring of the Group, we announce today (a) the completion of the financial restructuring of Maillis Group, with the refinancing of existing loans amounting to 190 million euros, the new financing of working capital amounting to 16 million Euros and the completion of a debt-to-equity conversion (capitalization) of existing debt amounts totaling 74.9 million, with a price per share of € 0.30 and (b) the BoD resolution of Maillis SA, dated October 6, 2011, certifying the subscription of Company’s Lenders to its share capital for the amount of 74.9 million euros by effect of which, Company’s lenders acquire a total participation of 77.4% in the Company.
