Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited Announces Change in Position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Establish of Investment Committee

According to the Board of Directors' Meeting of Major Cineplex Group Public Company Limited held on 9th November 2022, there were a resolution as follows; Approved the resignation from the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mr. Veerawat Ongvasith and appointed Mr. Prasert Bunsumpun to be Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, in order to replace the resigned director, which effective from 9th November 2022 onwards. Approved the establishment of an Investment Committee, which consists of the Chairman and 5 directors as follows: Ms.Oranuch Apisaksirikul Position Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr.Prasert Bunsumpun as Investment Committee Member.

Mr.Verawat Ongvasith as Investment Committee Member. Mr.Visarut Poolvaraluk as Investment Committee Member. Ms.Thitapat Issarapornpat as Investment Committee Member and Secretary of Committee.
