Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited informed that Ms. Nirupama Charuhas Khandke (DIN: 01605060) has tendered her resignation as the Independent Director of the Company with effect from 27th December, 2023 citing pre-occupation and other personal commitments. Consequently she will cease to be the Chairperson of Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee as well as Member of Audit Committee and Nomination Remuneration Committee.
