On July 31, 2023, the Manila Electric Company Board of Directors (BOD) approved interim cash dividends amounting to PHP 8.520 per share to all shareholders of record as of August 30, 2023, payable on September 14, 2023. This represents 50% of Meralco's Core EPS.
