Manila Water Company, Inc. announced that Board of Directors, at its regular meeting held on Sept. 27, 2019, approved the declaration of 2019 second semester cash dividends of PHP 0.4551 per share on the outstanding common shares and PHP 0.0455 per share on the outstanding participating preferred shares. The record date is October 14, 2019, and payment date is October 25, 2019.
The company approved the appointment of Mr. Mark Tom Q. Mulingbayan as Chief Sustainability Officer effective October 1, 2019.
Manila Water Company, Inc. provides water, integrated used water, sewerage and sanitation, distribution services, pipework, engineering, procurement and management services. Its segments include Manila Concession and Head Office, Domestic Subsidiaries and Foreign Subsidiaries.
