On March 4, 2021, Mr. Albert Koenigsberg delivered notice of his resignation as a Chief Executive Officer of Maptelligent, Inc. The resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Joseph Cosio-Barron as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President following Mr. Koenigsberg’s resignation. Joseph A. Cosio-Barron, age 71, is an accomplished professional with many years’ experience in management and regulatory compliance to ensure the viability of publicly held corporations listed on the stock exchanges. Mr. Cosio-Barron currently serves as a Director, Chief Compliance Officer, and Director of Human Resources for the Company, having joined in 2020.
