MARZOCCHI POMPE CONFERS TO INTEGRAE SIM THE ROLE OF NOMAD

Bologna, 4 May 2021 - Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. (AIM:MARP), a leading company in the design, production and marketing of high performance gear pumps and motors, announces, pursuant to Article 17 of the AIM Italy Issuers Regulation, that today it has appointed Integrae SIM S.p.A. as Nominated Adviser (NOMAD) and Specialist Operator, which will take over respectively from EnVent Capital Markets Ltd and Stifel Europe Bank AG as of 10 May 2021.

EnVent Capital Markets Ltd and Stifel Europe Bank AG will remain in office until and including 9 May 2021.
