Master Style Public Company Limited (SET:MASTER) agreed to acquire 40% stake in V Exclusive Group Company Limited from Phutthaphong Luangrat for THB 720 million on December 7, 2023. As of December 31, 2022, V Exclusive Group reported total assets of THB 200 million, net income of THB 11.5 million, and total common equity of 49.8 million. The deal is subject to consummation of due diligence.
The deal is expected to be completed within the first quarter of 2024.
