MaxFastigheter i Sverige AB (publ) (OM:MAXF) signed a letter of intent to acquire Brofastigheten AB for SEK 80 million on February 20, 2019. MaxFastigheter i Sverige AB entered into share transfer agreement to acquire Brofastigheten AB for SEK 139.9 million on March 7, 2019. MaxFastigheter has a right to partially finance the acquisition using newly issued shares.
