MBank S A : Conditional registration of mBank shares by KDPW

The Management Board of mBank S.A. ("the Bank") hereby states that on October 7, 2021 the Polish National Depository for Securities S.A. ("KDPW") conditionally registered 8,365 ordinary bearer's shares in the Bank with face value of PLN 4 per share, issued pursuant to Resolution No. 38 of the 31st Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank of 9 May 2018 re. the Issue of Subscription Warrants, Conditional Share Capital Increase with Divestment of the Existing Shareholders' Pre-emptive Right to Subscription Warrants and Shares, Change of the Company's By-Laws and on Applying for Admission of Shares to Trading on the Regulated Market, and Dematerialisation of Shares, and assigned code PLBRE0000012 to them.

The Bank's shares will be registered with KDPW conditionally upon their introduction on the same regulated market where other Bank shares marked PLBRE0000012 have been introduced, not earlier however than on the day of that introduction.
