Extraordinary information on the entry into force of Supervisory Board membership

Cg.01-10-040952) hereby informs the capital market actors that by way of its resolution Nr. H-EN-I-156/2024. dated 26 March 2024 the National Bank of Hungary approved the election of Dr Árpád Kovács as a member of the Supervisory Board.

In line with the resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 14 March 2024, the election of Dr Árpád Kovács as a member of the Supervisory Board entered into effect on 26 March 2024.
