MBH Bank Nyrt agreed to acquire 98.46% stake in Duna Takarek Bank Zartkoruenmukodo Reszvenytarsasag from DANUBE Private Equity Fund on July 17, 2023. In 2022, the bank posted a profit after tax of HUF 2.60 billion. Its balance sheet was worth HUF 128.3 billion and equity capital was HUF 7.2 billion.
The supervisory authorization of the transaction is in progress currently.
