McDonald's Corp. on Monday unveiled a series of management changes that includes new financial and supply-chain chiefs.

The fast-food giant said Kevin Ozan, who has been chief financial officer since March 2015, will take on the new post of senior executive vice president of strategic initiatives, while Francesca DeBiase is retiring as global chief supply-chain officer.

McDonald's said Ian Borden will succeed Mr. Ozan as chief financial officer, and Marion Gross will take on the top supply-chain post.

The moves are effective Sept. 1.
