Medistim ASA announced that at its AGM held on 24 April 2023, has resolved to distribute a dividend of NOK 4.50 per share based on the company's net profit for the 2022 financial year. The total dividend will amount to NOK 82.2 million, which corresponds to 72.1% of the net profit for 2022. The dividend will be payable to the shareholders of the company as of the 24 April 2023.
The shares will be traded exclusive of the right to dividends from and including the 25 April 2023 (ex-date).
